  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • We strive to deliver all orders within 3 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Akshaya's Collection's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging was tampered with before delivery.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team with photos of the damaged packaging.
